  21. What upgrade?  What's it supposed to do?  If you're talking about the 
  22. flash ROM upgrades they are available on the Motorola site.  I bought 
  23. the Power modem thinking it was a voice modem.  Hopefully the upgrade 
  24. you are talking about enables voice, but isn't that a hardware feature?
